This course is assured by CPD and your tutor is a chartered member of IOSH and has a wealth of practical real-life experience to share with you.

Course Duration

Most people take around 5-7 hours to complete the course

Assessment details:

Following the completion of the course, you will engage in the Investigation Simulator. Here, you will conduct an online inquiry into an incident, involving tasks such as collecting evidence, managing witness interviews, and formulating an action plan.

The evaluation involves submitting an online action plan outlining the immediate, underlying, and root causes of the incident, along with your suggested measures to prevent recurrence.

Your tutor will assess this submission, and to succeed, you must accurately identify a majority of the incident's causes while proposing sensible actions and associated timelines.
